We want you to love your Jolly Ham Studio pieces, but if you need to make a return, here’s what you need to know:
Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Damaged Returns: Because our ceramics are fragile, items that break during return shipping cannot be refunded. Please pack your return securely.
Refunds: Once we receive your return in its original condition, we’ll process your refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Final Sale Items: Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
