We want you to love your Jolly Ham Studio pieces, but if you need to make a return, here’s what you need to know:

  • Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

  • Damaged Returns: Because our ceramics are fragile, items that break during return shipping cannot be refunded. Please pack your return securely.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your return in its original condition, we’ll process your refund (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

  • Final Sale Items: Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
